They have excellent clients and their leadership team has a great process to support the sourcers and recruiters. Great benefits. Generous PTO. Remote environment. They are always providing education to improve skills.

It's remote so you do not get that face to face interaction with your team.

There are absolutely no pros to working here and I would have given it 0 stars if it would have let me.

President is a very big micro manager. Creates a terrible culture and working environment. Also very unethical. Vice president is not much better.
