Pros

The only pro about this company is the people you work with. I would say 90% of the people you work with are inviting, supportive and always helpful. Other than that, there is nothing about this place I will miss.

Cons

There are so many cons I don't really know where to begin. Let's be real here, when you get hired for an Account Manager position you might as well call yourself a "Sales Associate". Because that's exactly what you are. RJ's management style is aggressive and harsh. Be prepared to deal with unrealistic quotas, ridiculous KPIs, and being talked down to. Nothing will ever be good enough. And, all these positive reviews are most likely RJ having the audacity to ask his staff to leave him good ones to bypass the bad. For example, one person spoke about the New York offsite, and that's hilarious because we all had to wait until two weeks before to find out the details. We didn't the hotel, the events, we didn't even know the city, if this company was so hard up for money, why even have the offsite to begin with? Everyone had voted New York but at the last minute, RJ wanted to change it to New Jersey because it was cheaper. He didn't care about the ones that had to travel across the country, those that had children, and families that had to schedule the time around. He doesn't care. Yes, while we were there, it wasn't so bad. We had a great time but it wasn't because of RJ, it was because of his staff! Also, be prepared to pay out of pocket for all your travel expenses and then wait a month to be reimbursed! The point is, it's not all what it seems. You get hired, people use the welcome sign, and you even get a welcome gift sent to your home but then the weeks pass and you see the desperation and sadness from people around you. You notice the exhausted, depleted faces, and you realize, that you made a huge mistake taking the position. No one is happy, no one loves working at EHS. RJ knows people need a job but I promise you are indispensable. Please, please believe me... it's not worth it. Don't be stuck like the rest of us.

Pros

EHS is an excellent environment to build skills and take on meaningful responsibility early. I started as an intern and quickly transitioned into a full-time role. The team is supportive, full of fun personalities, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. RJ is a strong mentor—ambitious, fair, and open—with a decades long track record of success. I couldn’t think of a better place to start my entry into a field that’s now my career.

Cons

I prefer a more urban location with transit so I think the office location could be more interesting.

Pros

eHealthcare Solutions was an excellent place to start my career in digital health advertising. From day one, I was trusted with meaningful responsibility and had hands-on exposure to how healthcare advertising really works. I learned everything from audience targeting and campaign strategy to client communication and performance optimization. That early experience played a huge role in shaping my career path and gave me a strong foundation in digital health. The team culture was collaborative, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping people grow. Leadership was approachable and encouraged learning, questions, and new ideas. It felt like a place where you could develop quickly because you were challenged in the right ways and supported along the way. The fast-paced nature of the business was a big plus. Priorities moved quickly, which pushed me to become more adaptable, think on my feet, and build strong problem-solving skills early in my career. It was a great environment for learning how to manage multiple projects and grow professionally.
