Where do I even begin. The sales practices are outright predatory and unethical. We deal with such a vulnerable demographic of individuals, and the last thing they need is someone trying to wring them dry financially with high-cost plans, especially for those on fixed incomes. The commission structure is BOGUS. Management is constantly looking over your shoulder to push sales. Shift bids are a JOKE, because you will be thrown into a schedule of THEIR preference. I accepted this position thinking that I would have the opportunity to truly appeal to Medicare beneficiaries best interests and find them savings. But in reality, eHealth is just another "wolf in sheep's clothing" sales organization. It's not worth the stress and headache.
