Pros
I really enjoyed my time working at eG Innovations. I worked with a very smart team and we were able to get a lot accomplished. My coworkers had great attitudes and I never felt like people tried to "pass the blame" when something went wrong. We all worked toward a common goal and people left their egos at the door. These are very rare qualities on a marketing team and in a company in general. I truly felt at home at eG Innovations. It's a great place to learn and grow in your career.
Cons
When working with a global team it can be hard to get that sense of camaraderie like you have in a traditional office setting, but weekly team meetings help to bridge that gap.
