Pros

If you are extremely lazy and don't want to listen to your immediate office supervisor this job is for you. Upper management never does anything about any of the employees that cause issues or do not want to work.

Cons

For this to be such a small company you would think the owners had more involvement with the company. No, they don't. They rely on a group of "upper management" that do not have the companies best interests at hand. Upper management who will only reply to serious office supervisor questions about their office being shut down through MEMES. YES MEMES. The amount of unprofessionalism, and disrespect is unbelievable. My direct manager even called me stupid and made sexist remarks to me and ABSOLUTELY nothing was done. You get treated like crap for crap pay. They have a very high turnover rate. Thats to be expected with a company run like this though. Maybe if they cared a little more about their employees, their employees would care too. At one point I was even told to bring my sick child who had the flu to work with me on 2 different occasions. This was for a week each time. This company is just HORRIBLE. RUN!!!!!

Pros

They have cool products for sale.

Cons

Working customer service by yourself by emails- hundreds daily with the expectation of answering live web chat and phones as well. The quality of "customer service" is so poor due to lack of staffing. Copy and paste of pre-written responses that don't answer the question is not customer service. Poor management. A new hire left for lunch and never returned. Weeks later when her replacement was hired, the manager thought it would be a good laugh with the new employee. The day I gave my resignation notice, the manager told me, the owner told him, to tell me just not to come back. Unprofessionalism - to the max.
