Perfect match for me! - Senior Designer eConsultants Employee Review

I have been working at this company for almost a year and I can honestly say that it is a great place to work. The culture is positive, collaborative and supportive. The management is professional, ethical and respectful. My manager, Sudhir, is always encouraging me to grow and learn new skills. He gives me constructive feedback and recognizes my achievements. The HR rep, Sharmila, is very helpful and responsive. She handles any issues or concerns with care and efficiency. I also enjoy working with all of my co-workers. They are friendly, talented and hard-working. We have a lot of fun together and we also deliver high-quality results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career.

I can't think of any cons really, but I guess the only thing that I can think of is the benefits package. It is decent, but it could be more competitive and comprehensive. For example, it would be nice to have more options for health insurance, retirement savings, 401k match, and paid time off.

1. Selection and offer - Detailed and lucid initial interview discussion on professional background, career aspirations and technical skills yielded a successful offer and on-boarding process. The employer was very helpful and supportive with resourcefulness for preparation of client interview. 2. Operation management and support - Extremely responsive and knowledgeable operation management in terms of immigration and labor law related requirements. Swift handling of complex immigration and other processes with accuracy. 3. Top management and employee-employer relationship - I have the nicest experience while interacting with top management. They are always attentive and respectful to every opinion and very transparent in response.

1. Geographically a very distributed employee base limits opportunities for collaborative work culture. An annual company gathering would be a great idea to build more effective relationship and create a stronger-knit team. 2. Would be great if number of annual paid holidays can be increased.
