Pros
Despite everyone being worked into the ground with zero pay rises during the cost of living crisis, the CEO would treat us by showing slides of his family vacations and we did get that toblerone for Christmas one year.
Cons
Came onboard and within a few months several staff members were made redundant and CEO assured us all that this would be the last time and that “we will get through this”, only for another round of redundancies to happen a few months later. Then more a few months later. And again. And again. It seems as though the company is constantly grasping at straws by either cutting jobs and combining roles (and the workload) and failing to pay staff for the excessive work they are expected to provide.
