Pros

Fast hiring process. They even accept undergrads.

Cons

1. Security is too tight that they need to body search you everytime you go to the restroom. 2. The owner is also the food provider. Such a monopoly. 3. You have to take off your shoes and wear slippers during interview. I don't see the logic. 4. Nothing is free. You will pay for the pre-employment medical exam. You will get a deduction if you haven't submitted the requirements on time. You will have to pay for your ID jacket, lanyard, and even locker! 5. We've been working for 3 months yet we still have to stand in line at the cashier every payday because ATM's aren't issued yet and HR says it was our fault that we haven't told our batchmate to submit his papers! 6. Everything is restricted in PC's even google which is something we need in checking for solutions. 7. They demand you to check your email when it's not Outlook that automatically notifies us when we have a new one. 8. Very low salary. And you would only it once you have submitted all your requirements. It's a trap! 9. Trainers aren't good speakers. Their grammar sucks!

Pros

Camaraderie among the employees, especially on the floor is prevalent and strongly practiced.

Cons

The Management does not how to handle and compensate their people. Many errors and mishaps coming from the TOP managements side.
