Pros
Ebay has a great base of people, that are running the business. It has a very international and vibrant atmosphare with a lot of interaction between people, function, countries, etc. Through its global presence it gives a lot of oportunities to travel and talk to/meet with people from other countries. People have a vast knowledge of e-commerce and the online industry.
Cons
Management did not show a consistent strategy over the past years. It has been changed every year, most new initiatives or acquisitions have not at all be successful. It is sometimes hard to get information/knowledge about certain things/Projects. In general it feels a little over-managed.
