I had a negative experience with the manager at this place. Despite being a relatively inexperienced agent, I sought her assistance during a challenging transaction. She took charge of the negotiation process, but instead of taking ownership of the situation, she reprimanded me for being too accommodating to the clients. Additionally, she threatened me by indicating that I would no longer receive any leads. I had paid a 20% fee from my commission for mentorship, but she did not provide the level of support and guidance that I had anticipated.
