lots of nice, down-to-earth folks in the legacy business

Toxic and inept senior leadership when I was there. Some incompetent, narcissistic senior leaders who are protected by others due to either corruption or cowardice. Really struggling in expanding beyond the legacy operational safety work. Don't believe what they tell you about their cross-competency integrated approach. Senior leadership is in Europe and they don't pay a lot of attention to North America. Lots of nice words about culture etc. come from Europe, but the focus is on keeping the PE owners satisfied until the exit happens.
