Minimal basic wage (which is commission in arrears anyway), long hours which don't end in the office (you're expected to data search for an hour when you get home every night, seriously - it's like being back at school). The Senior staff make crazy money and they are well aware that we at the bottom are living on almost nothing after months and months of being in the Job.
