      Nice family feel, company was good to work for and i learnt a lot.

      You work for one advisor who has to cover your salary.... not very secure

      full on training lovely staff learn a lot learn to call clients cold calling fun office environment

      Cons

      gotta get there earlier than the start time, and aim to leave last no work life balance at the start to prove yourself
