Pros
The people at my specific store are so kind and friendly. There is a big team mindset and everyone helps each other out. Also when it comes to my job specifically it's very low effort. They're also very flexible with your availability.
Cons
The store manager has favoritism, and might schedule a full staff one day and hardly anyone the next. The schedule is weekly, so good-luck planning anything outside of work. The amount of hours also tend to be on the low side. No waters are allowed at the front for customer service employees. We have to ask to go to the back and get some water from the break room or fountain in the bathroom. And if you're a store protection specialist, then enjoy standing up and not being allowed to lean on anything for hours on end.
