Pros

Great systems and training. Not too much micro managing Great benefits. good work life balance.

Cons

Hopefully after the recent president/CMO left/ got fired there is less fear, sexual harassment and mind games. However he left behind his sister-wives whom are still at the company. Great for starting your career but be aware of people who get promoted for 'other activities' and not off their work.

Cons

Where do I begin? If "zero stars" were an option, that would be my rating. - Low pay and added stress for such high productivity standards for nearly every position in the store - Corporate is severely out-of-touch with reality - Cash registers and other electronic equipment are ancient - "Training" is a joke - Effective and consistent communication is not a part of the vocabulary - Lousy benefits all-around.... part-timers get no benefits - Morale at this store is abysmal all thanks to management - Turnover is consistently high - Scheduling platform ("WorkJam") is a joke of immense proportions - No in-store parties or other forms of employee appreciation for anniversaries, birthdays, perfect attendance, "a job well-done"; etc... just be a mindless robot - Human Resources is a colossal joke and complete waste of time - Stockroom is a safety hazard - The majority of the customers are pure trash - Highly inconsistent scheduling - They will keep you as part-time for as long as they can so they can continue being cheapskates when it comes to scheduling. Additionally, full-time is really only available for store managers, "area supervisors" and MODs ("Managers On Duty) - They make last-minute changes to already posted schedules without telling you. Advice: always screenshot your weekly schedules from the piece of crap "WorkJam"; or take a picture of the paper schedule that is posted in the break room - Overall, a horrible experience for so little pay, zero positive recognition, and through-the-roof stress levels
