Pros

Working from home - providing all you need to work ( laptop/ headset/ mouse )

Cons

I wasted my time working for this company. I learned nothing except how to work on my own and be my own leader. It was a stressful work environment that started to affect my health. If you’re thinking of working there, prepare yourself to suffer from micromanagement and a lack of support. Your development is entirely your own responsibility, and all that matters is achieving the financial targets, no one will tell you how, by the way. You won’t get national holidays, and if you ask for them, you’ll be treated as if it’s not your right. The team leader has a famous statement in such cases: “You want your right for holidays? So where is my right then?” (referring to achieving the financial targets 🥴). If you don’t achieve their unrealistic goals, then you don’t deserve to be working with them, and they’ll get you fired. The business development team is known for firing people without notice. The team leader lacked knowledge and experience. He didn’t know how to train or take care of his team. He would always blame instead of support and give us silence instead of communication. All of this was reported to HR, and she did nothing. Everything stayed the same. She also doesn’t know anything about HR, because if she did, so many things wouldn’t have happened, such as firing people without notice, and not just that, but also not giving them their money, forcing fired employees to sign resignation letters??? Overall, it was such an unprofessional experience, and I don’t wish to face such a thing again.
