product team leadership is very biased and weak - Product Team Member data.world (TX) Employee Review

The product team is very engineering focused & all decisions are made by 3-4 old time engineering employees with no input from other engineer leads, product managers, field teams, or customers. There is no vision or planning in product building - engineering does what they want and customers suffer & field teams keep cleaning up their mess. This comany will have no future because the product team is very weak!
