Pros
Working with Onsite members / Managers that experience is very nice & learning opportunity is there but problem is with HR team. They are not supportive at all.
Cons
India HR Department is not for their employees, they have their ego. They apply policies case to case basis. If some one is roaming around HR team, then he/she will be in good books of HR. Too much partiality from HR team. Don't go for davizta if you are looking for good peoples
