      Monthly gathering, team outing every 2-3 months.

      Cons

      They will send you to other companies/ clients, so you won't have many chances to meet other dJava developers. You work at client office and sometimes feel like you are not ”one of them”. If you don't have any client or some ”special” thing happens, they will cut all of your bonus.

      Good vibe with good colleagues

      Management Dont care what happened to you at client site, just outsource you to earn money Low budget yet want to hire all-rounded talents, expect you to work like owning the company but no increments and bonus Moody management with no constructive instructions
