      Nice people, informal environment Family business, in spite of its size: the owners are present and know what's going on Good work-life balance: it's up to you High retention Stable company: considering the ups and downs of the industry, d'Amico is proudly financially sound

      Slow growth: considering high retention and family business, it's hard to have a challenging growth path for an outsider, especially if non-Italian Organization flexible but not structured: it can be frustrating, at times

      Your sign on and sign off will not be affected due to expensive travel. Salary is always on time. People are cooperative in the office.
