Ecommerce companies have to adapt to frequent change in the landscape, making long term planning difficult at the best of times.

really nice people (excluding new leadership)

Cons

Private equity sucked the life out of this company. They will just flip it for a profit in a few years after firing everyone. Unrealistic expectations New leadership is low quality
