Pros
You can work whenever you want to and rake up overtime if you feel like you have work to do. Everyone is very friendly and staff members are generally considerate of each other's feelings and work load
Cons
No-one gets paid for everything that they're doing. There is an unwillingness by management to properly staff the facility. Conflicting priorities are constantly communicated by corporate management, leaving employees stressed and confused about what to do next. Very poor organization for basic work procedures.
