The CEO makes this company a truly toxic place to work. He has no respect for employees and leads more like a dictator than a leader. He’s against any sort of work-life balance and he often humiliates people publicly. Everything is micromanaged and he regularly makes elitist comments about assemblers and sexist remarks about women. Hard work is never recognized or appreciated.
