Pros

I didn’t have to answer phones, the team was really supportive

Cons

They let me go because they couldn’t afford to pay me basically. They created a new role, hired 2 people and then realized they couldn’t afford it so they let us go. Very embarrassing on their part. A mess

Pros

Customers for the most part find the platform very easy to use to send out SMS campaigns. Very impressive current customer base, across the sports and entertertainment verticals. Solid members on the engineering team.

Cons

Multiple failed attempts to move upmarket into the enterprise space. No clear understanding or vision on the proper pricing and fit for the platform. Lack of strong leadership and direction on the Senior Leadership Team. Long-tenured employees leaving esp from the sales and engineering team will lead to the unfortunate demise of the company .
