      We're more like a support system than colleagues - we trust and support each other. Our CEO, Anitha Raman, doesn't just see us as employees; she genuinely roots for our technical growth and showers us with opportunities to grow

      CodePannu is a women-led Ed-Tech company that supports women restarting their careers. I rejoined here after 10 years as a Visual Courses Trainer. Here, I not only teach but also grow along with the company by writing blogs, designing courses, updating the LMS and conducting workshops.

      Most of the job roles here are part-time.
