Pros
Senior management come from significant backgrounds in the media industry and if that is the industry you are trying to break into have a lot of value and education to give. I appreciate having health benefits in a small but growing company. Salaries are competitive with opportunity to grow into higher paying and responsibility positions over time. The team here all work very hard and are a great group to be a part of.
All in all, the company is doing amazing things within the video media industry and it is cool to be a part of something like this in North Idaho.
Cons
The building can be kind of wonky and is a bit old. Timelines tend to take longer then expected, but I think that is getting better.
