      Honestly nothing. Other companies can offer way more for far less stress.

      ALL 4-5 star reviews are fake or bought. Do not trust them! You will see a bad review and then a few good reviews right after that to compensate for the negative one. - Insane amount of micromanaging - No trust in employees - There is an 'Inner Circle - High levels of stress, especially for huge updates - Overtime expected without compensation - Almost no work-life balance - Compensation is abysmal compared to other companies
