      Company is fairly stable and provides a safe job. Will not go bankrupt anytime soon. Retirement plan is ok. Company has lots of room for improvement

      Cons

      Old boys club. Promotions and recognition not fair and transparent. Unskilled management causes problems to workers and puts pressure on individual contributors
