      Pros

      Good looking office, travel facilities which is free of cost, employee friendly policies - leave policy, broadband, mobile bills encashment etc.

      Cons

      Office politics, favouritism, people who don't have domain knowledge have been made Leads/Managers and most of time becomes difficult to make them understand for any bottlenecks. They just impose their decisions and don't even listen to teams feedback.
