      - perma-restructuring with the long term trend of tech-related jobs moving offshore - quality of data science projects is (with a few exceptions) quite poor - data leadership team have many inspiring words about the potential, but in reality the data landscape is that of a fairly typical legacy multinational - career growth is very slow
