      Flexible schedule and team atmosphere. Mid-level leadership created a comfortable environment.

      Cons

      I feel uncomfortable mentioning this because it's a sensitive subject, but white male employees were rarely promoted to official leadership roles. Some may see that as a pro. The pay and leadership opportunities were much more competitive at other operators.
