- Leadership has no idea what they are doing, no vision, you have leaders in C-suite roles without prior experience in that area - Members of the leadership team are bullies and exert fear on working teams - Very disrespectful language used to feedback - no respect for individual functions - Speed is disguised as agile but in fact its really just people pushing things out to get recognition and the work is not actually though out properly - You raise concerns repeatedly which they management will acknowledge but take no action - Pretends to be a start up but process, benefits is just like any other and arguably worse - Compensation and benefits is very poor - No budget to do anything but you have executives doing lavish things for themselves - DOMINATED BY MEN (no female board members, 1 on leadership team) - No development opportunities - Do things just as a 'check box' and don't actually mean it and execute it
