Opportunities to stand out and make your mark. Good benefits. "Family" like feel, not just a number

Cons

Can't sit in background and be unnoticed. Due to size of company, there are not infinite opportunities for career development as you would expect in terms of roles, so satisfaction can come in other ways too, such as gaining new experience.
