Pros
Best team members to work with. High Energy. Good base pay, good benefits, great commission opportunities. Good Client base. Motivated team. Comfortable environment. Extremely nice and fun people.
Cons
Company is not big enough to carry nice people who are low performers or who can not grow as jobs change. Self starters and and people with industry experience do fine, training programs are growing but still not as robust as they need to be.
