*Managers arrive after shift start and leave before team logs off *Mostly the team has to work without managers around due to many meetings in a day. *Team is responsible and suppose to be self sufficient because less and managers comes to spent quality time in meetings. *Respected environment to those who are always available and dedicate themselves to the management. *And in return management will let them survive otherwise there will b accusations and management will put the employee with the help of hr in pip. *There is a great synchronisation between the HR and the management. *They actually work for each other smoothly. *If u join here u must be prepared that any point in time company can impose pip on you for anything and ask you to leave the company. *Hr and management decide and without listening or considering any proof provided by you wil conclude collectively. *Work culture is based on what u have done for the managers. *Multiple breaks are allowed only with managers if you offer snacks and ciggerate. *Sr manage doesn't have any technical knowledge. *Female managers struggle to apply freeze panes in Excel , this is the level of proficiency in the company.
