      - Great colleagues. Lots of very senior people so there's always someone to learn from - WFH - Work is generally good

      Pros

      They try their best to not say no to anything. ( if that's good/bad you decide)

      Cons

      Work-life balance is not there. Managers call and text at all hours of the day, and night. Ask for you to work on weekends, etc. The leadership has shared that the CEO is only looking to re-coop his investors ( John Doerr) money, and then thats it. Also, micro-management by junior managers at its best!
