Pros
Company has initiatives that show they value their employees including paying 75% of health premiums, having a multitude of discounts available to employees, and paying 3 months of average weekly hours when Covid first hit. Company tried to provide the education to all employees to make them the expert in the eyes of the consumer either in person training or through the management team and supported with Digital Learning. Commitment for more Black leaders in the organization as a whole.
Cons
Disorganization the entire height of the corporate ladder. No idea seemed to be fully fleshed out much less seen though from ideation to completion. Confusing marketing that clients did not understand. The company discontinues so many products that many clients lose favorites and then go seeking other products elsewhere. The foundation products are confusing and not clear to the average consumer on how to use them. Color range for foundations is not inclusive. No support for LGBTQ+ employees.
