Pros
It was nice to work for a company that sold products that lived up to its name. Team inside store was great - family environment.
Cons
As the company grew, upper management strayed away from the original mission of the company. They did not seem to realize we, the people selling their product, were being treated terribly and had no motivation to help their company.
