A real shame - Partner Marketing Manager bChannels Employee Review

Pros

I can't think of pros. However Bchannels will say: -the people despite the extremely high turn over ( more than 35% mostly due to very low salary, difficult management, absent of flexibility and progression) -the amazing culture, (I am still looking) -that they are doing social events (frankly poor quality) -the career progression ( that is not based on your work and efforts even if they will say so)

Cons

-the job: Bchannels will defend itself of being a call-center. However when you go in the core of the job to do, it is mostly that. -Salary: low, call center salary. -clients: they lie and loose clients because they are not capable to deliver what they promised. Very poor business practices. -The management: they are not interessed in their job at the exception of 1 or 2 very good manager. The rest are shopping online and planning their next vacations. They don't care about their attitudes and the signals they give. The management had the help of an external coaching company. However the turn over is still very high, and a lot of coworker are constantly leaving the company. -Career: There is not progression based on the volume and quality of your work and ethic. -People: Some employees demonstrate absolut unprofessional behaviour, arriving very late, shutting on their coworkers and constantly undermining people. Management does nothing about that too. Advice: just contact via LinkedIn ex employees to make your mind.

They hire people with all ranges of marketing abilities and nurture them into the positions they deserve.

Cons

Upward mobility is limited if you’re coming from a more experienced background.

People were really cool, having an exposure to multiple tech companies was also a great experience.

Honestly was a glorified call center with limited growth potential
