7yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are currently working on a number of key projects within our business that aims to help every individual to grow and reach their potential. We are sorry to hear that you feel like there is not progression here, we hope that you have shared your feedback in our annual employee satisfaction staff survey and with your line manager. Feedback is important to us and we want to know what we are doing well and what we could improve on. In this year staff survey, 72% of our global workforce shared feedback with us that the organisation gets the best out of them and 77% of people would recommend bChannels to a close friend. We also pride ourselves on achieving an overall NPS score of 86 from our clients.
