Pros
Trustworthy owners and operation. High trust environment with amazing benefits. Get to work with long-term oriented people who are smart and friendly. Solid sense of humor throughout the office. Great and consistent culture around work/life balance.
Cons
The influx of the workload can be a bit up and down at times (i.e. 'when it rains, it pours'). They do a good job managing it, but it is a reality of the industry/clients.
Also, sometimes you have to contribute towards work that isn't directly/completely aligned with your position's typical focus (e.g. helping your boss write or update a procedure, contribute towards training that you're an expert at, etc.). While that's natural for most organizations of this size that are growing, it could be something to consider if you really value having a job where the novelty of your assigned work/tasks is at or near zero.
