Pros
Great location, easy foot in the door for getting into the industry
Cons
Company is unethical in there dealings with clients money, clients are offered large imaginary bonus for opening an account which shows on there accounts but is not real money, staff are trained how to dupe clients showing how much money they will make straight away by giving them free money that doesn't really exist in the knowledge it a loss trap and the client will be left with only the imaginary bonus which Ayondo will not need to pay out when the client didn't make them double the commission (in most cases). The traders are compensated well for dragging clients accounts into losses so the whole set up is weighted against the client from the start. One Manager bragged that they are running the equivalent of a 'Californian Gold Rush' operation with Ayondo being the one supplying the spades to dig for gold that was never there. There is a culture of making fun of duped clients the bigger more money was talked out of the clients the bigger the score the bigger the joke the client was. I didn't want to be part of that unethical culture.
