Pros
- Able to go home on time - Occasionally, just food-related events
Cons
- The lead/boss micromanages everything. - All colleagues love to interfere in others' business. - Leave applications are done on paper; no staff/HR system. No approval, no leave. - Some staff can work from home as they please without the boss knowing. - Some staff can come in late and leave early, but when new employees do the same, it's considered wrong. - Very much gives "government job" vibes. - Colleagues joke around between men and women without boundaries, which is inappropriate in work ethics. - MCs from government clinics are only accepted on Mondays and Fridays, as well as before and after public holidays? What’s the actual reason behind this? If we're far from a government clinic, are we just supposed to suffer?
