Pros
Friendly, dynamic, and supportive work atmosphere – we laugh, we share, we work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. Human-sized company with genuine closeness between teams and easy access to top management. Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with lots of freedom to take initiative and room for autonomy (if you like proposing ideas and making things happen, it’s a great playground). A wide variety of projects – sometimes quite ambitious – that allow you to learn a lot and go beyond your job description. Good work-life balance overall, generally respected and encouraged. Pleasant and well-located offices, with enjoyable social moments (afterworks, team breakfasts, internal events…).
Cons
Some HR, IT, or internal processes could benefit from more structure or clarity (there’s still a bit of vagueness at times, which can lead to frustration). Communication between teams isn’t always smooth – things move fast, and sometimes information doesn’t reach the right people at the right time.
