Food, friday's are sometimes fun, work isn't hard.
Cons
Managers, supervisor, etc. call center managers are completely unhelpful they act like there so busy but there busy talking about there personal life. Upper management is super clicky they walk around the hallways like you don't exist. People will throw you under the bus or lie how great they are just to get a extra buck in there pay. Fake phony management they don't know how to do there jobs and explain how to do yours. You have people that make fun of disabled people managers at that, it's horrible won't be here for long.
