      Pros

      Best work life balance, flexible working hours, work from home option, gets to travel in different countries.

      Cons

      Less learning, lot of politics but not that much harmful, everybody thinks that he is the boss, for even petty work one need to request a lot.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
