      Good Business but missing good direction. - Senior Financial Analyst ams OSRAM Employee Review

      Pros

      The lighting business is wonderful, there is a lot to learn and to do in the future.

      Cons

      The company was restructured/sold almost 3 times in the past 10 years. The Management Directors last very short time. They promote positions based on people´s influences and not in people's competencies. Very few presence of Women as a CEO or CFO.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
