Pros
I was hired from a tier 1 organization to work for them. Sorry to say, the systems are pathetic. There are people from certain countries who have engraved themselves in the middle and senior management that unless you work in line with their expectations, it would be really difficult.... Promotions are no where in line with the experience rather with the language that you speak and how you look, if you speak the native tongue, you will be preferred over anyone. There are those with 17 years experience reporting to 10 years experience people just because of their country and their language. There is extreme politics inside here and unless you are sweet with the management you are as good as done there. If you value work culture, if you value work ethics, if you value any organization that is fair in their dealings with the staff- advice is to stay away.
Cons
The management is filled with people from a specific country to the north of KSA and they hire only from there. South east Asians are treated as basic working class even if they have more experience and skill set than the managers. Promotions are a joke, with promotion happening as per the will of the manager and not based on experience. The HR department is by far the worst i have seen in any organization- They are so bad that they act like police here. They are called as ER here and are considered as a system to implement punishment on the staff. It is a pathetic work culture, a pathetic work environment.
