Very flexible with time. Willing to change the schedule to accommodate. Everyone very friendly. The supervisor is very accessible. Sponsors activities to keep morale up.
Cons
When I was offered the job, they offered a very low wage. I have many years of experience and hat should have been taken into account. The offer wasn't even for the average wage for the job.
