Pros
Lovely office vibe in a handy location. A small, fun team of people, each bringing their own vibe and banter to the table so there is never a dull day at the office! Mon-fri 9 to 5, bank holidays off. Managers really look out for their team like no other. Support is always on hand if you ask for it. Everyone does their best to help you get up on your feet when you start here. Free refreshments, social hang outs - starting and often ending in the very nice office bar! If you work hard and show your interest in developing in specific areas you can grow fairly quickly in this company, potentially achieving a goal in doing something quite different to what you originally went in doing. Problem solving role means you rarely get bored, time usually flies unless its really quiet and an overly chilled day )which in itself is also nice) Your opinions and ideas are welcomed and often requested so you not only feel valued but you know you're actually contributing to helping the company thrive. The MD makes amazing cocktails for the team!
Cons
You might let your guard down at the Christmas party and do an embarrassing rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody on the office karaoke machine. This company is ever seeking growth and striving to improve, so things can and will change to meet client demands. I guess this is mostly a pro but listing it as a potential con for those who don't like change.
