Pros
The pay is good. That's it. If you're able to assimilate into the cliques of the upper management and important people, you've got yourself a stable career.
Cons
The core team (upper management, C-suite, long-tenured employees) have a very clique-ish culture. There is no growth unless you outright ask for it multiple times and the support is very minimal. The same core team seems very scatter-brained and disorganized, trying to hit too many goals at once while not utilizing all of their employees properly. The company WILL drop you if you're not adhering to their standards that change at the drop of a hat, which they do not communicate to you until they let you go or never mention it at all.
